Service Description

This practice is mainly in sitting or lying positions. Feel every part in the movement with breathing, and pay more attention to the training of the lower body. Soothing the stiff muscles, such as tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Relax joints, slow down aging, promote blood circulation, and strengthen body flexibility. The practice intensity is low, such as body aches, tension and anxiety, or menstrual period are suitable for exercises to help relax the body and mind. 這個練習以坐姿或是躺姿為主,動作中配合呼吸試著感受每一個部位,比較注重下半身的訓練。讓深層僵硬的肌肉,像是肌腱、韌帶,以及筋膜獲得舒緩。放鬆關節減緩老化,還能促進血液循環,同時加強身體柔軟度。 此練習強度較低,如身體痠痛、心情緊張焦慮,或是生理期都適合練習,幫助身心放鬆。
