Service Description

Introduction to Classic Yoga,practicing different asana including stretching/ twisting/ back bend/ inversion etc. with breathing method to soothe and relax your body and mind. It’s a good way on releasing pressure and strengthen your body. 經典瑜伽入門,練習不同體式,包括伸展/扭轉/後彎/倒立等,配合呼吸法使身心獲得舒緩與放鬆,練習哈達瑜珈對於釋放壓力強化力量有很好的效果。

Any late cancellation and no show will be deducted 1 class as attended. 3. The make-up lesson must be completed within the validity period. Late application will not be considered. 4. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Holly.letsyoga shall be final.
