The class is slow and gentle, brings you to open your quadriceps, hip flexors, and hamstrings. It can help blood circulation in the pelvic area, massage the abdomen organs, improve cold hands and feet, leg edema, relieve menstrual pain and lower back pain, and help lose weight. Focus on the lower body leg extension, relieve the muscle tightness.
